Now, let us have a moment of silence...

Oh yes, time for last nights art! Instead of doing the usual muscled and skinned model, I did a skeleton! It seems as if I am slowly improving on faces, and that is a good thing.

    I am super offended by your comic in the first set of drawings!!! John your a big butthead!! Is this you subliminal way of trying to tell me i’m fat?! I am not fat, I’m pregnant….the baby is the fat one. geezzz

    nice video by the way…is that how monks play the wii?
    all you need is brown robe.

      Oh Katherine, you know I would NEVER call a pregnant woman fat, besides you, of course.

      Monks play the wii with 50+ more candles, but we are on a budget, I did not even get my brown robe ;-;.

    It’s great that you’re studying the skeleton. I’ve come to think of drawing as like building a house…The skeleton is the frames, which need to come first or the house can’t stand up. It’s so great that you’re focusing on building a good framework!

    Also, very fun video. XD

      Oh thank you JoJo, your very right though, focusing on what was underneath showed me so much more of what was going on, and what I need to work on to make my drawings feel that much more alive. Excuse the run on sentance.

    Oh, sorry John! I forgot to comment and tell you how much I liked your face and hair study! And I really liked the skeleton…good stuff! I could never have the patience to draw. It’s not for lack of trying, I’m just easily distracted. *winkwink* You’re just getting better and better John! I can’t wait to see what you’ll learn from SCAD! Love ya!
